Elon Musk likely has Asperger’s, and definitely has an abusive father. Poor combination for emotional intelligence. Has helped him be so incredibly successful, though.

Working for Musk is not pleasant, but you will achieve more than you thought was possible… assuming you survive.

“It’s okay to be wrong, it’s not okay to be confident and wrong” is a great principle. Closely related to being distrustful of anyone more confident than they are competent.
