The Leopard

Fantastic! The best book I’ve read this year. The Prince is such a deep, multifaceted character. Relatable in some ways, despite the alien reality in which he lived. And the prose! Lush, full, beautiful, but never feels like ‘too much’ given how often it undercuts itself with little ironies. Can’t recommend it enough.
